About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Technical SEO Specialist to optimize and maintain the technical health of a network of high-performing iGaming websites. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and a passion for optimizing websites for maximum visibility and performance in search engines. You’ll work closely with developers and content teams to ensure optimal site structure, crawlability,
and performance across custom builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical SEO audits on custom-built platforms and WordPress sites.
  • Fix crawl, indexation, redirect chain, and duplication issues.
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance across the board.
  • Implement structured data (Schema), canonical tags, and hreflang correctly on dynamic content.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve SEO-related issues and implement recommendations.
  • Monitor and manage sitemap health, robots.txt, and internal linking strategies.
  • Track and report on SEO KPIs and work with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO is integrated into iterative growth strategies.
  • Analyze logs, JS-rendering issues, and user behavior for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitive and keyword gap analysis in the iGaming niche.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical SEO, preferably in high-traffic or regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GTmetrix, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, JavaScript rendering, and crawl optimization.
  • Ability to communicate technical needs with both dev teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with website migrations, redirects, and log file analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in iGaming, betting, or online casino platforms.
  • Familiarity with content compliance and legal requirements in regulated markets.
  • Understanding of tracking systems (GTM, GA4, postbacks).
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) for automation/log analysis.
  • Familiarity with server-side rendering, JavaScript SEO, and technical constraints.
