We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Branding Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of in-house proven experience to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for attracting and selecting the right candidates, improving our business culture, and strengthening our corporate brand exposure. This position reports directly to the company’s stakeholders and management.
Your tasks as a Talent Acquisition Specialist will consist of:
- Be responsible for the full talent acquisition process and lifecycle, including job description creation and publishing of job ads, headhunting and advertisement activities, initial assessments, interviews
- Be the main point of contact during the recruitment/selection processes
- Use the company’s website, job boards, Linkedin and other social media to search for candidates
- Support interviews prior to any recruitment involvement
- Participate in HR & Talent events
- Gathering, processing and analyzing employee-related data and present regular HR reports and statistics
Your tasks as a Branding Specialist will consist of:
- Update the corporate website, Linkedin and other social media channels
- Develop and maintaining various communication and marketing materials, including employee videos/testimonials, social media campaigns, articles, interviews etc.
- Manage the corporate content schedule and blog
- Create and developing relationships with online publications, and journalists
- Organizing suitable team building activities
Your required skills should include:
- 3 years of proven recruitment experience ideally gained within a fast-paced digital environment
- 1+ years’ experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar products
- Highly computer literate with ability to use Microsoft office tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to rapidly adapt to change
- Fluent English written communication is required
- Strong copywriting skills
