About the Role
We are looking for result driven Senior Social Media Specialist , with great passion about sports, betting and iGaming in general. The ideal candidate is great in managing social media platforms, keeps up with the latest trends and has understanding of KPIs as well as key metrics, in order to support our Performance Marketing team.
Daily Tasks:
- Manage multiple Social Media accounts
- Social Media Strategy Planning
- Managing pages on all Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok etc)
- Following Social Media Content Calendar (planning & programming the quantity and frequency of posts)
- Creating, editing and posting engaging content (original text, photos, videos etc)
- Providing clear briefing to our Graphic Designers team
- Provide Performance-based insights on managed accounts
- Creating and Managing Business accounts as well Ad accounts
- Running large budget in Paid Campaigns/Giveaways with KPIs
- Defining audience and goals for Brand Awareness improvement,
- Engagement and Traffic
- Keeping weekly reports and analysis about the efficiency of pages
- Conducting competition surveys
- Monitoring, researching & recommending new Social Media trends and ideas
Requirements:
- University degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist
- Fluent in both Greek and English (oral and written)
- Good understanding of metrics and performance of a post or campaign
- Teamwork spirit
- Creativity and fresh ideas Any Social Media Certification will be considered a plus
