We are looking for a Paid Media & Programmatic Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience with budgets exceeding €20k/month to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for planning, building, and optimizing digital paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Paid Social and Programmatic.
Your tasks will consist of:
- Manage budgets and optimize accordingly
- Campaign management and optimization strategies such as bid management, tactics, data, and audience analysis, etc
- Analyze and report results against set KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
- Run continuous A/B tests or multivariate testing to improve performance and make data-driven decisions
- Set the channels up for International growth
- Stay informed of the relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices
- Supervise the competitive landscape to constantly identify new marketing opportunities.
Your required skills should include:
- BSc degree in marketing or related fieldMultiframe Animated Banners Design
- 3+ years of experience in a digital media strategy role (preferably paid media) with budgets exceeding €20k/month
- Strong copywriting skills
- An in-depth understanding of affiliate marketing
- Fluent English written communication is required
- Target driven and able to perform based on KPIs
- Experience with funnel marketing elements is preferred. E.g., landing page building, creative / copy, tracking/attribution, analytics, etc
- Experience in handling and optimizing campaigns based on given ad budgets
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
- Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
Will be considered a plus:
- Experience in online betting and/or casino as well as the sports and gaming industry
- Basic photo and video editing experience
