About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Affiliate Operations Assistant to join the Performance Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in data-driven digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in affiliate operations within a fast-paced and dynamic online environment. You will work closely with the marketing team, supporting campaign tracking, reporting, and website operations processes, while receiving structured training and clear career development guidance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create, update, and verify affiliate tracking links
• Monitor campaign performance (traffic, conversions, FTDs, revenue)
• Prepare structured weekly and monthly performance reports
• Support CMS updates and quality checks
• Ensure data accuracy across platforms and internal reporting
• Assist in improving tracking and reporting workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data
  management)
• Basic familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• Strong attention to detail and an organized work style
• Analytical thinking and comfort working with numerical data
• Good knowledge of Greek and English

Nice to Have

• Previous internship or entry-level experience in marketing, reporting, or administration
• Experience with performance marketing, affiliate platforms, or digital campaigns
• Interest in analytics and digital growth
