About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Lead who combines hands-on DevOps execution with technical coordination and structured reporting. The role has clear ownership over infrastructure, operational standards, and visibility towards technical management, business stakeholders, and finance.

Team & Scope

• Lead role over a small DevOps team (3 engineers).
• Responsibility for technology alignment, tooling consistency, and operational standards.
• Active, hands-on involvement in day-to-day DevOps operations.

Key Responsibilities
DevOps Leadership

• Coordinate and prioritize DevOps work across the team.
• Define and enforce infrastructure and tooling standards.
• Review changes, risks, and architectural decisions.
• Act as escalation point for incidents and operational issues.

Infrastructure & Operations (Hands-on)

• Own and operate cloud and on-prem infrastructure (AWS, Linux, networking, databases).
• Ensure stability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

CI/CD, Automation & Observability

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Ensure observability, alerting, and operational KPIs are in place.
• Drive improvements based on metrics and operational data.

Reporting (Core Lead Responsibility)
The DevOps Lead is responsible for clear, structured reporting:

• Technical: infrastructure health, incidents, risks, and planned changes.
• Business: system stability, availability, and scalability impact.
• Financial: infrastructure costs, optimization actions, and cost forecasts.

Required Profile

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Linux.
• Experience operating production, high-traffic environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
