As AI continues to transform the way products are designed, validated and launched, we are looking for an AI Product Design Lead who can leverage advanced AI tools, custom AI agents and modern product design methodologies to dramatically accelerate product innovation, concept generation and user experience design.
This is not a traditional UI/UX role.
We are looking for someone who can combine Product Thinking, UX Design, AI Automation and rapid prototyping to help transform ideas into validate product concepts faster than traditional product teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Design new digital products, features and user experiences from concept to prototype.
• Transform business requirements into user flows, wireframes, product concepts and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct product discovery, UX research and competitor analysis using AI powered workflows.
• Generate multiple product concepts and design directions within short timeframes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Development and Management teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Improve user journeys, conversion funnels, engagement and retention across our digital products.
• Design mobile-first experiences and modern user-centric interfaces.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and continuously identify opportunities to improve internal product design processes.
AI Agents & Automation (Core Requirement)
The successful candidate will be expected to actively build, maintain and evolve an ecosystem of AI-powered assistants, agents and workflows that support the product design function.
Responsibilities will include:
• Designing and managing custom AI agents for Product Discovery, UX Research, Competitor Analysis, Product Ideation and Concept Validation.
• Creating and maintaining custom GPTs, AI assistants, knowledge bases and retrieval systems tailored to our products and business needs.
• Building AI-powered workflows that accelerate the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, product proposals and design recommendations.
• Leveraging automation platforms and agent orchestration tools to streamline research, analysis and product design activities.
• Continuously improving the company’s internal AI capabilities and product design productivity through automation and intelligent systems.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Product Strategy, Digital Product Management or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Advanced hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Lovable, v0 and similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience creating and utilizing custom AI agents, GPTs, AI assistants, knowledge bases or AI-powered product workflows.
• Strong understanding of Product Discovery, User Experience Design and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Ability to rapidly generate concepts, product proposals, wireframes and prototypes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
Preferred Experience
• Experience with agent automation and orchestration platforms such as:

* Flowise
* Dify
* Langflow
* LangChain
* Similar AI workflow technologies
• Experience building internal AI knowledge systems or AI-powered business tools.
• Experience within iGaming, Betting, Media, Affiliate Marketing or other high- traffic digital environments.
• Understanding of conversion optimization, retention mechanics, gamification and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience working in AI-first product teams or AI-driven innovation environments.
