Content Performance Manager

Digital Winners is an online marketing and digital performance company specializing in the iGaming industry (Gambling). Our team has been  involved in the affiliate business since 2012 and we currently own more  than 60 websites. We have solidified our position as one of the leading  iGaming affiliates in Greece and maintain a strong presence in numerous  European and North American markets. Some of our most reputable  websites include Bookmakers.bet, Foxbet.gr, Best50casino.com and  CryptoGambling.tv. 

About the role

We have two KPIs, and they are non-negotiable:

  • A surge in First-Time Depositors (FTDs).
  • Dominance in Google rankings.

Content is a key pillar of growth, but Money Pages (reviews, bonus pages,landing pages) are what drive conversions and revenue.
We are looking for an experienced professional to take full responsibility for the strategy and performance of these pages.

What you’ll do:

  • Ownership of the content strategy for money pages — reviews, comparisons, best-of, landing pages in sports and casino verticals.
  • Management of at least 2 dedicated content writers — editorial calendar, briefs, QA, feedback.
  • Continuous analysis of SERPs and on-page optimizations to hit #1 on Google.
  • Content audits and refreshes based on performance data (rankings, CTR, conversions).
  • Collaboration with Technical SEO for on-page optimization.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of affiliate/SEO content experience with proven results in the iGaming sector.
  • Knowledge of both verticals: sports betting and online casino — without exception.
  • Strong background in SEO Content, Copywriting, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Extensive familiarity with iGaming terminology.
  • Leadership skills and a data-driven approach to writing.
  • Ability to write content yourself when needed.
  • Experience managing writers and editorial workflows.
  • Understanding of the Greek user and their needs in a betting and casino context.
